"We stayed for 4 nights. Not once did staff come in to give us new towels or empty the garbage. I would like to think that if a customer is staying 4 nights there would be some type of housekeeping at some point. Our first day they took the dirty towels and never gave us replacements. Also we checked in to an empty box of tissues and half roll of toilet paper
I had to go to the front desk (and search for someone) numerous times for towels, toilet paper, tissues.
I even saw housekeeping staff in our hall and asked her to please come into our room and she never did.
No toilet paper holder, just holes in the wall where it should be. No telephone or clock in the room, had to ask for both. The clock didn't work anyway.
I would never recommend this place. On another note I was asked upon checkout how my stay was and I told the clerk. She said she was going to email me something about a free night, but never did"
