"Very nice apartment and was perfect for our stay. Host even left us food & breakfast on our arrival which was a very nice touch. Lovely clean rooms and nice location, only 15 minute taxi in central manchester! Would highly recommend for such a great price and will definitely use again in the future."

"The Sykes Cottages customer service is appalling. No number to ring and the response time to the text and WhatsApp is ridiculous. The cottage was great but Sykes were not. After booking I had a problem with amending the name on the booking and getting a receipt. "The house is nothing special but the bed was comfortable to sleep in and it was in the location we needed to visit family. The kitchen smelled like something was rotting, I think the bins hadn't been disposed of properly before we arrived. There also weren't any towels even though the advert says there will be. It's an okay place to stay as long as you're not expecting luxury."
