I've stayed at this hotel last year and had a very polite male receptionist through the digital lobby check in. Wonderful experience and no issues with service, room or stay overall. This time I checked in with a different receptionist, female agent and very passive aggressive. Fake smiling the entire time and rushing me with the check in and responded "you are all done" when I mentioned to correct an error in my address. Then when I returned to the same agent to address an issue with the pass code not working and locking me out of my room, she seemed irritated and printed a hotel key card to use. I suggested key cards for ease of entry and she did the passive aggressive eye roll and fake smile again. It was nauseating. Stop that, you are not a child. You are being paid for providing service so act like an adult and provide professional service. Kindness and professionalism aren't hard to to do.
All in all, despite the cute hotel room, I will reconsider this place because service was terrible. I hope they really clean up their act and hire mature adult agents for future hotel guests going forward.
