"The stay at the hotel was very nice, all the staffs were super nice and very accommodating. We reached a little early and they were kind to give us a room before the check-in time. The rooms are not that big but it's location compensated for that, as we were outside most the time exploring things around. The only thing i missed in the room was an electric kettle :p, other than that the stay was super fun."

"The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Very welcoming and generous . The rooms were very clean. Just enough space for one but can fit two. Love the window view. We had the opportunity to leave our luggage after checking out if we chose to walk around through the city before departure. The door man was so very generous. He made us feel more than welcome. He gave us a rundown and review of the hotel and let us know we could just as well check in early if not we could store our bags there and walk through the city but we did get to check in early. On the day of departure. They offered to store our bags but we felt it was easier to store at the Amtrak station so we wouldn’t have to rush through the crowd pulling luggage. We had a check out time for 1:00 pm from the hotel. That was marvelous. After leaving we hung out in the city but it got to hot for my brother so I called the hotel and asked if we could come back and sit till it was time for our train and they say of course we could. Thank u so much. We loved our stay and felt very welcome. Thanks to the awesome beautiful lady who accommodated us coming and going. At the end both young ladies were very nice. I will return."

The thoughtful touches throughout our stay—from the thick robes in our room and the convenient umbrellas to the delightful wine hour—were unexpected luxuries that elevated the entire experience. Every detail reflected a genuine dedication to guest comfort and created a stay that was memorable, relaxing, and unforgettable. The only minor drawback was that the room was a bit small and tight for a single queen room, which is fairly typical for many New York City hotels. However, the exceptional service, thoughtful amenities, and overall experience more than made up for the limited space. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! FIVE STAR!"

"Great hotel only complaint I had was with housekeeping. They need to provide more towels and other than the first night there was no bath mat. Had to use a hand towel to step out into a cold slippery floor. Other than that had a great stay and would definitely return."
