"The rooms were nice and clean. First issue was the first night was the faucet in shower was about to fall off the wall. I was afraid to pull up the shower plug in fear the faucet would break off then I would have water shooting out. The second night we were in a different room because I booked the room then decided I was going up early. The staff were very accommodating. They had my second night room ready by 11 am and had me move into the new room . This room the air conditioning was leaking there was a large section of wet floor. The complimentary breakfast was not great except for waffles. The eggs and maple smoked sausage they had was not good. Which is odd I have had great complimentary breakfasts at other Hampton Inn’s and they were great. We didn’t even bother the second day to go down for the complimentary breakfast."

"The night staff was very helpful and personable, starting at check-in. My wife had just undergone major surgery, and needed a wheel chair to come into the hotel. When the desk staff saw me pushing her in a wheelchair, He immediately offered to change our accommodation from a 2d floor room to one on the 1st floor near the entrance, front desk, and breakfast room. We didn’t even have to ask; he offered immediately, even though the hotel was nearly full. My wife and I appreciated that thoughtfulness very much. He made our difficult circumstance so much easier! Everything else went better after that. Breakfast was my only disappointment. There were waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit and coffee—all good. But there was no meat or protein available—primarily just carbs."
