"Don't plan to use the pool on Mondays... It was very busy when we checked in on Sunday, and so we asked the front desk what time the restaurant and pool closed... they said 10 pm, and the pool opens at 8 am in the morning, we had to leave by 845, so we were hungry and ordered the delicious burgers instead, waited 30 minutes to get the food, so took it to go, sat outside our room by the pool, but it was full of kids and adults, it closed before we were done eating, we figured we would use it before leaving the next morning at 8 am when it was posted to open. Nope! A staff member came out after I had checked the 3 gates at 8 am to find them locked, and he said they always do the maintenance on Mondays and it would reopen by 2pm. Very disappointed by that lapse in communication. I had booked here because of the proximity and access fight from our room! The lady running the breakfast at 7 am was very friendly, and she did an amazing job considering the lack of help she had with such a busy weekend! We checked in on July 5th...."
