No air con , but not sure if other rooms may have this as an upgrade? But staff very helpful and delivered plug in vans to help as it was very hot , especially over night. "

"We arrived half hour earlier than expected for check-in but room was already available so after a long drive it was lovely to be able to drop our bags and start our break to Norwich. Wisely refurbished hotel, amazing location, accessible, with car park available (a bit tricky to get it, but at 2nd attempt we found it following the clear instructions sent via email). Lovely cooked breakfast, georgian style room was spaceous and lovely, comfortable soft bed, really quiet road, beautiful cocktails. Friendly and welcoming staff, a really nice and quiet atmosphere with a luxurious old-building feel without making you feel uncomfortable. "
