"This place is undergoing renovations. Unfortunately, it smells like paint. Additionally, there was left over construction dust all over the entrance to the room, making it seem unclean. The tub, toilet, beds, they were clean. Also it’s June and hot outside, but the pool was closed. On the other hand, the staff were all friendly, I felt safe, the property is nearby everything you need. Breakfast is toast and cereal, but they do have that. I’d say this is probably your best choice in Lake Village, and I hope it gets better. This place has a lot of potential."
