"Clean spacious flat although it's on a very busy main road. We booked it because of the garden but it was unusable because it was totally overgrown so nowhere to sit or stand. Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. Location is central to going places in the area."

"Location was a guest house in the street next to the hotel. Actually very comfortable and away from the high street. Felt very safe. Just a weekend break with my daughter. Wouldn't recommend a week in Southend but a weekend is perfect. Great staff very friendly easy check in/out I recommend for a cheap little weekend away its perfect."
