"Everything abou the experience of staying there was awful booked a room with two rooms and was told there were no rooms left. So the owner had to make us wait an hour to make a single room for 4 people to share! While making the room we were told to come back later when the single room is ready. And when we came back to the hotel we entered the single room it was small smelly and had dirt and no amenities whatsoever. We had a small child with us as well. "We booked here when we saw they had air-conditioning and it didn’t seem to be working effectively so they sent maintenance up and the filter was absolutely loaded with debris and had not been changed in a very long time. Eventually, it was working better, but still not optimal. Queen bed was comfortable, but the pullout sleeper sofa was absolutely terrible and our daughters ended sleeping up on the floor. Literally had a foam pad that was only about an inch thick over the metal bars and I don’t see how anyone could sleep on that so don’t expect to have anyone sleep on the sofa bed or bring an air mattress if you’re traveling with children. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay but we would not recommend this for families and do not plan on returning."

"Property was located right on the beach excellent location to all local attractions. Went with my husband and daughter. Staff were lovely, I extended my stay for another day and the staff they were so helpful. Made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was lovely and the parking was great right outside the property with plenty of parking in the back. In fact they even let us leave our car in the car park even after we had checked out, so we got the extra parking for the rest of the day. Will definitely book again."

"Staff were all really helpful and friendly. Room was bigger than expected, clean and bed comfy. We were in room 32 which had lovely air con, which was really cold. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice, all part of the gym attached to the hotel. The restaurant attached to the hotel has a well stocked bar and lovely courtyard which had a musician on when we arrived at 5pm and then later was showing the football on a big screen tv outside. Breakfast was delicious and very filling! Couldn’t fault our stay, would come back again."
