Great hotel amazing owner and staff

Just spent weekend at gable end hotel with my brother. Great stay. Friendly staff and the owner Justin couldn’t do enough for us fantastic guy .looking forward to going back Later in the year. Won’t get a friendlier place to stay.

Oh, I do like to be beside the seaside!

Staff friendly and helpful. Well situated for a stroll along the prom and only a 15-20 minute walk into the centre of town. Breakfast good and well organised. A very pleasant stay.

A lovely stay in Gt Yarmouth

I travelled solo for 2 nights. The owner was super friendly and made me feel welcome. The room was a perfect size for 1 person with a TV and en-suite shower. The breakfast was very nice and the location was great.

Whilst it is a little dated in some ways it was a friendly stay, ideal to get to Horse Racing & we did have a nice breakfast. It all depends on your expectations but in these times with costs becoming ridiculous the Gable End was value for money & comfortable if a bit basic on the decor. Basic but not dirty though

Harsh but fair.

Very hard to criticise because you get what you pay for. The negatives have been spoken about a lot on various online sites so I won’t go into much detail but it’s a very dated hotel and the shower room could definitely be refreshed. But the positives are the guys I came across were really friendly and helpful. The young lad just starting his last year at school was really chatty and clearly a grafter. Hotel breakfasts these days are generally very expensive and kept under a heat lamp forever. My breakfast cost 9 quid and was cooked fresh to the order I completed on arrival. You can’t knock that.
