"I was skeptical of a big chain in Hoedspruit - we usually stay in small inns, but we had an unexpected stay here when my mother in law had an emergency stay at the hospital, arriving late at night.
On arrival and throughout our stay the staff went ABOVE and beyond for us. Giving my in laws an upgraded main floor room so they didn’t have to go upstairs. And being very patient when we were working with Hotels.com trying to add an extra day on to our stay.
The hotel itself is beautiful - lots of trees, fantastic pools, well appointed comfortable rooms, good restaurants and fantastic breakfast.
We will definitely keep this hotel in our mix of places to stay when visiting Hoedspruit!"
