They didn’t have extra blankets. The bed had stains on it and some one else hair. Gross me out. They need to take their time cleaning those rooms. I had forgot my disinfectant spray. Hyatt Regency Houston West
The first two times we stayed here the rooms were so nice. Evidently some rooms have not been updated. Unfortunately, we stayed in one of those our third stay. Bed was very uncomfortable and bathroom very outdated. I will not stay again in one of these rooms. This is sad for such a nice hotel.
