"The facility itself was good and I had no complaints about it. However, the overall experience was significantly affected by the environment in the hotel. The entire hotel had a noticeable smell of weed, which was unpleasant throughout my stay. In addition, the couple staying in the next room was very disruptive and frequently troubled each other, creating loud disturbances late at night. On one occasion, they were hitting the walls, which made a loud noise and further disturbed the peace. As a result, I had sleepless nights for 5 out of the 9 days I stayed there, which made the stay very uncomfortable and frustrating."

"For an overnight stay at the Holiday Inn, this was honestly great. Our room was clean and breakfast was an awesome hearty option. Those working the front desk and breakfast were wonderfully pleasant and we were happy with our stay. Will probably come back when we plan to visit the museum again :)"

"Hotel is under renovations but it was clean. Our ac didn't work and the heat was on override. We woke at midnight to our room being 85 with the ac on blowing hot air. We were lucky we could open the window a few inches to let some cooler air in. There was supposed to be a concert in the hotel the night we stayed. It ended up being cancelled but it left a lot of concert goers in uproar and they made their displeasure with the hotel known to anyone around them. The hotel is in a nice area and walkable to a lot of restaurants, cafe and shops. "

"Terrible customer service. Asked for a hairdryer for three days straight and it was never delivered to our room. Requested a room that looked into the atrium from a higher floor was given first floor that faced highway. Right beside outside door that didn’t stay locked and banged all night. Room was clean, but floor was filthy. Found garbage on the floor."

"No one at front desk. A sign was up stating the county ordered the hotel closed. Several people were standing around trying to get help or a refund. This hotel was literally shut down. "

"Brought my fiancé and my mom for Mother’s Day. My mom insisted on a hotel with a jacuzzi. We all had a great time! We will be back. "

"This was my 2nd time staying here and it was a consistent experience. the hotel itself has some wear and tear, no elevator and no carpeting in the halls or rooms so it can be a little noisy. The breakfast is just ok, the room is also just ok, there hasn’t been hand soap either time in the bathroom. Just two bottles of lotion near there sink and the shower has showed gel and lotion. So much lotion!! The hotel staff, however is amazing. The young man who checked me in both evenings, is a 5 star employee. He made me feel comfortable and he was the deciding factor for me whether I would stay there. The hotel looks and seems a little seedy and the price point is lower than I usually go as a woman traveling alone. But, he so was professional and lovely at check-in, that I felt that I would be safe there and so I stayed and returned. He was equally kind and welcoming on this past stay. The breakfast staff and the room staff were also friendly in the halls. I think the hotel is a bit worn down, 2-3 start but the warm and welcoming staff make it feel like a 4 star experience. I’ve stayed at luxury hotels where the staff wasn’t nearly as polite and warm. "
