Wir waren mit Fahrrad und Rucksack unterwegs. Am Anreisetag um 11.00h waren wir bei der Unterkunft um die Rucksäcke zu deponieren, die Vermieterin war am Putzen des Zimmers. Bei unserer Rückkehr 4 Std später war unser Zimmer immer noch nicht bereit (die anderen 3 Zimmer nicht besetzt.)

I would like to clarify that your arrival would be at 16:00 pm as you informed me the day before and also, according to COVID-19, the check in takes place at 15:00 p.m. In order to have a meticulous cleaning and before COVID-19, check-in started at 14:00 p.m. and definitely not at 11:00 a.m. Thank you again for your preference and I hope to host you again on our beautiful island next time you visit!
