The best
The best hostel u could ever stay in very clean and near the bus station the staff are amazing very helpful and very friendly Rosie is amazing she was available all the time even after the working hour and she was so happy to help u can feel that and the other guy too sorry I met him only once but he was super cool definitely I’m going back and u should too

BEST HOSTEL EVER. rosie is so sweet and its all good vibes there.. really clean, lots of privacy even though its a hostel.. the rooftop is amazing.. overall just amazing. i felt at home for sure

The hostel was very clean and very fresh. The owner Rosie was very lovely. The location was very good in Fira and very near to the buses for other parts of the island.

Rosie was excellent and always available if I needed anything. The rooms were great as you had your own privacy curtain and charging docks.

Für ein Hostel bieten die Zimmer viel Platz und Verstauungsmöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und der Standort ist sehr zentral. Das Personal ist super freundlich.

O Hostel cancelou minha reserva!
A estadia nao aconteceu, pois chegando lá fui informada que nao poderia ficar nos Hostel, por ter mais de 35 anos. Cancelaram minha reserva e me despacharam! Um transtorno absurdo! Estava em um país que nao conhecia a lingua, tive que arrumar um hotel em cima da hora, em plena alta temporada, e pagar por uma tarifa + alta, sendo que a do hostel fiz com bastante antecedência justamente p não acontecer isso. Ainda estou muito chateada com essa situação e ainda fiquei no prejuizo.

Henkilökunta oli todella ihana ja auttavainen. Huoneet olivat hyvin siistit ja sijainti Firassa loistava. Bedspot oli myös hyvin rauhallinen.

Rosie, la propriétaire, est super gentille et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Les dortoirs sont propres, sécuritaires et bien équipés. L’établissement en soi est magnifique et bien situé et la terrasse sur le toit représente un gros plus. Je vous recommande fortement d’y séjourner!

Cancelamento devido OVERBOOKING!
A proprietária cancelou a reserva no ato do check in,não houve reembolso imediato e a reserva foi cancelada DEVIDO A OVERBOOKING DO HOTEL, não havia quartos/camas disponíveis.Solicitou pelo MEU telefone o reembolso total e assumiu isso.AGORA necessito do meu reembolso via cartão e a confirmação mediante email formalizando a negciação.NADA FOI FEITO sobre o assunto.

Dear Guest, Please note that we have a strict age restriction which is clearly stated in the main page of the booking site you booked. Regardless you decided to book. Also when you arrived in the hostel we told you that we have not collected any payment and you need to contact the booking platform to get a full refund(even though we were not obligated to offer such). Please note that we checked with our partner and you never requested a refund from them so how is it possible to receive it, if you never requested it ? Finally the overbooking statement is not true at all. Thank you
