Such a beautiful hotel! They treat you like family and really made an effort to make us enjoy our stay, we even got our room upgraded which was such a nice gesture! So clean and the pool is beautiful, also right by the beach. Best hotel on the strip in my opinion. The whole staff had such a warm and inviting energy and the main receptionist is such a gem and always welcomes you with a big smile!

Villas are a little different than a hotel.
My wife and I unfortunately only spent 1 night here. Being the first time on this beautiful island of Santorini we first went to Fera which we enjoyed, however is very busy with tourists. Since we could not get a extra night here we decided to check out the other side of the island here in Kalimari. It's a lot less crowded here, and we found ourselves falling right in to relax mode.we also found that each unit here is privately owned so you find yourself among more homeowners than tourists which is refreshing. The management company does a great job of keeping the grounds and units in tip top shape, The front desk is very friendly and helpful with any questions regarding the room or things to do on the Island . Also in being a villa the units have a kitchen and a dishes and untinsels. They have a kettle for hot water but no coffee or tea so plan to bring your own if your an early riser and like a cup first thing. There are plenty of market's near by for provisions.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The people working there are beyond nice and helpful, the rooms are spacious and nice, the area is close to shopping and restaurants. The restaurant at the hotel is great too. They have chairs you can sit on right at the beach and enjoy a cocktail. We really enjoyed this place

This property is in a great location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and they took cleanliness serious and everything was impeccable. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The food was delicious, very fresh and tasty. If I go back to Santorini, I will stay here again and I definitely recommend this property.

Facilities All good, Breakfast fantastic but best thing is all the staff from reception to all restaurant And bar staff and Eddie on the beach , nothing was too much trouble for anyone . I never write a review but want to share how lovely it is as we will definitely return next year thanks to the great service from all the staff

What a spectacular property! We needed a hotel for one day and I am so glad we booked here. We wished we could have stayed longer. The property is beautiful and the rooms were perfect. The pool was one of our favorite spots. There are plenty of places to lounge around the pool and the beach is a few steps from the hotel. The staff was kind, friendly and welcoming. The room was bright, clean and spacious. The bed was one of the most comfortable we had during our 10 day stay in Greece. The restaurant at the hotel was one of our favorite places we ate at in Kamari. The hotel helped us book a few transfers to the airport and even carried our bags to the pick up location. We will defiantly be back!

Blissful Bellonias, this is an excellent hotel, great location on Kamari Beach Boulevard and care has been taken to create a relaxed a stylish boutique hotel. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with the added bonus of a kitchenette. Staff are friendly and couldn’t be more helpful.

Why isn’t it rated as a 5 star!?
My wife and I stayed for 5 days and absolutely loved this hotel. The food was good especially the black octopus. The staff were the best we had ever had in hotels (even 5 star hotels). Location is superb. Right on the Kamari Beach strip. The pool is near the beach and the beach has a section just for this hotel guests. The rooms were minimalist but perfect. The atmosphere is incredible. I honestly feel indebted to the staff and that’s why I spend time reviewing. Thank you guys and gals!

They were trying to triple charge after there was a mess up with the reservation and was only booked for 2 days instead of 10. Wanted us to move from room to room just to fill thrir holes and 3 times of what we paid for it. I would not recomend this place to anyone

This was absolutely the best place in Kamari beach santorini. It far exceeded our expectations. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They really go out of their way to make sure that everything you need is provided. We were so very relaxed and enjoyed our entire trip!

Family, this is a hotel for you!
Excellent experience in Bellonias villas - we were warmly welcomed by Katarina and had a great room with great amenities. Perfect for families with young kids as the black sand/pebble beach is just next to the hotel facing the hotel swimming pool. If you're looking for a relaxing place on the island this is the place to escape the crowd. Breakfast was tasty with a new juice of the day to start your morning. Complimentary water and beach towels every day makes a difference.

Wonderful First Impression
My daughter and I stayed at this wonderful hotel for our very first trip to Greece and we were so relieved that we had chosen the perfect place to suit our needs. First of all the location was spectacular, right on the black beaches of Kamari. The hotel itself is beautiful. It has a traditional feel but is very contemporary and beautifully landscaped. The food in restaurant was incredible as well. The best part of the place is the amazing staff! From Demi and Thomas at the front desk to Christina, Demetrios, Panos and George at the bar and restaurant. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. By the time we finished our four day stay there we were all hugging each other goodbye. I am definitely going to come back!

The hotel is nicely situated just a few steps from the beach. They provide towels and sun beds for guests to help relax the day away. All hotel workers are very friendly and helpful (I.e. Calling cabs, storing bags). The location is right by plenty of quality restaurants for all the feta cheese and other Greek treats your heart desires.

Beautiful hotel on the beach
This is a beautiful hotel right on the beach, and I we loved the greenery and planting. Olive trees, bougainvillea and the cactus and succulent wall in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend including breakfast which had a huge choice and every plate was delicious! The staff were lovely and friendly. The only negative was our room was at the back of the hotel and near the laundry so could hear washing machines at night.

We had an amazing stay at Bellonias Villas, the hotel is beautiful and right on the beach where hotel guests have free sun beds. The pool area is gorgeous as are the bar and restaurant. The staff could not do more for you so thank you to everyone! Food was amazing! Could not recommend this hotel more!

Highly recommend. Clean and great, friendly service! Gorgeous pool /beach area - photos do not even do it justice! Nicest hotel and pool deck in the neighborhood. Suggest staying in Kamari neighborhood for relaxed and beachy feel (you can always bus to Fira and Oia) Close to many delicious local taverns to eat at over looking beach. Car and ATV rentals within walking distance. Walking distance to local bus stops that take you to Fira.

Best hotel in Kamari, deserves 5 stars!
Our stay was the best possible! Wouldn't recommend anywhere else. Staff was so friendly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Gave us towels to use for the beach and access to showers even after checkout time as well as a longer time period for baggage storage. The room was incredible, it had all the essentials. The bed was so comfortable and the aircon was perfect, the outdoor pool and beach we're on another level. Would highly recommend and will be back soon!

Great Boutique Hotel
Elegant, thoughtfull designed hotel with great atmosphere. The staff will do everything to make it comfortable for you: extra towels, drinks at the pool, etc. Excellent restaurant with nice terraces both next to the beach and the pool - with thé best food of Santorini. Great advice on the menu and wines selection by the waiters. We had the grilled octopus with beans as a starter - too good! This hotel makes you want to come back every weekend!

Fabulous hotel in a fabulous location!!
It is hard to know where to start in my review of this fabulous hotel. It is difficult to explain in words the quality of the location, staff, food and general feel at Bellonias. So pleasurable was the service from the staff and the atmosphere around the beautifully decorated pool area, we barely felt the need to leave all week! The food was delicious, from breakfast to the incredible evening meal we saved for our last night here (and wished we hadn't!). When we did want to get out and explore briefly, they were helpful in organising the most fantastic sunset boat trip or advising of other interesting places to head to on the island. Don't miss the sunrise!! Welcomed by Kostas, George and Thomas, who couldn't do enough for us, we were shown to our amazing room. Spotlessly clean (and kept that way all week) the views to the sea from the balcony were amazing. A walk around the village showed that we had picked the best hotel by far! We ate at a different restaurant every night, to test this theory, but always returned for a night cap with the brilliant Angelo (Cocktail Mixologist) and Dimitiris (Sommelier) who were as friendly as they were knowledgable. We had a fantastic holiday, better even then we hoped for and we will be looking to return for next year...if it's not already fully booked!
