Great stay at Neptune
My wife and I had an amazing stay at Neptune. Panagiotis is incredibly helpful and great to have in your corner. He helped us arrange a car, gave information about the island, and navigate a ferry cancellation. Breakfast on your balcony each morning is great. Would highly recommend

Misleading, poor location, loud & switched hotels. Misleading - We wanted to enjoy staying here but felt very misled by the room's description. We booked the room under the pretense that our room would have a "plunge pool"- which is what the room description clearly stated. Upon arriving and seeing the room there no pool.. but rather a hot tub, which I don't understand how they classify as a "plunge pool" (or why anyone would even use a hot tub in Santorini when its 80+ degrees out). The property is very small too, so there wasn't even a community pool we could resort to using. Loud - In addition to feeling misled by the pool, we also slept terrible here. The hotel is very close to the main road and was rather loud early in the morning. Poor location - The location in proximity to everything was also less than ideal. Be prepared to drive 15+ mins or more to do anything. At the end of the day, we ended up switching hotels and Neptune did nothing for the 3 additional nights we had left there. If we had've had a pool, we probably would have stayed. If you book something here, just be sure you understand what you're receiving in advance. While we did not feel this resort was "luxury", I do think it was a good value for what was provided comparatively. However, if you're looking for luxury, stay at one of the Andronis locations.

The girl in the front desk will do anything to please you. Even though the reception closes at nights she will answer her own cell phone just to make sure you are taken care. I am giving this hotel an excellent rating just because of her service!

Beautiful views and wonderful staff.
Our party had three of the eight rooms at this hotel. They were beautifully appointed and spacious. The views from our patios were to the sea and overlooked our private pool with comfy chaises and a table at which we enjoyed our breakfasts delivered daily. The staff was exceptional and responded to our every need. George, in particular, at the front desk went above and beyond on several occasions. Highly recommended, we would be happy to return again.

Amazing view of the caldera would highly recommend this hotel if your staying with special someone:) private plunge pool on the balacony is amazing great tanning spot.... tasty breakfast super clean room with sauna/shower. Staff are super nice and very helpful... George provide recommendations of restaurant which were all great!

Just OK..
Perhaps we were expecting too much but this hotel wasn’t anything special. It’s on a main road which means you can hear the cars and in our room see them from the side of our balcony, the amenities are alright, nothing fancy or super luxurious but not terrible. The hotel staff were nice. However, when we first got to our room we were very upset that we were right next to the road. We voiced our concerns and they were very much shrugged off. They made no attempt to make us feel better about the situation, find us a new room, etc. We left feeling okay with the experience despite the underwhelming feeling of the entire hotel and our displeasement with the room location because the view is beautiful and the breakfast served each morning on the balcony was wonderful. We enjoyed having the private plunge pool as well but know you can find this at many other hotels for a similar price that may offer a more romantic, secluded, and luxury experience.

Wonderful Experience
Amazing hotel, rooms were really comfortable and beautiful. Our private pool overlooking the caldera was one of our favorite parts of our trip for sure. The staff were all lovely and super accommodating, and breakfast being served on our balcony for us was a great surprise. Room service food was great overall, and would definitely come back next time we come back to Santorini!

It Doesn't Get Better...True Perfection
There aren't enough words to explain how absolutely perfect Neptune is. Even before I checked in, Vassiliki was attentive to my needs and helped me plan everything from a surprise couple's massage to a surprise candlelight dinner. The service I received from her was beyond anything I've ever experienced. I've been all over the world, stayed at the highest of hotels, and Neptune surpassed them all. Argyro welcomed us perfectly and was so helpful with setting up ATV rentals, giving us recommendations, and helping us plan our day. She was so, so sweet. Again...the staff is PERFECT. The location is right on the edge of the water, with an un-obstructed view of the sea. I couldn't have relaxed any better Our private pool was such a treat and I still dream about the view. You could choose what you wanted for breakfast and enjoy it on your private balcony each morning. This is, by far, the most romantic, perfect, flawless hotel and staff I have ever encountered. Please, don't second guess staying here...just do it. It will surpass your wildest expectations.

Ot is a nice simple hotel with great staff and incredible view at the sea form a private balcony where they offer the breakfast. The problem is with the privacy because it is below the street level so those walking in the street can easily see the people who are swimming in the private pool. otherwise it's perfect.

Neptune exceeded our expectations. We were nervous about the location in Akrotiri in relation to the rest of the island, but pleasantly surprised. It faces inward towards the volcano with clear beautiful panoramic views. The suites are incredibly private. Both front desk attendants were informative, pleasant, and coordinated rides between Neptune and affiliated restaurants, boat tours, atv rentals, and taxi transportation to the airport. I would stay time and time again if I could! Ammenities were also lovely. Breakfast was included and fresh, complimentary wine when we left. Seriously amazing.

Fantastic hotel with great views
Spent a week at Neptune with my family. The views are breathtaking. Breakfast every morning on our balcony was very special. The staff are absolutely wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for them. A special thank you to Vasso at reception who made our holiday extra special. I would go back again and again.

Staff was very friendly. Accomadtions were very spacious- beautiful room. Breakfast was great- But id stick with hard boiled eggs not their "omelet" still outstanding. Private pool was amazing to be in and look out at the caverna. Drop dead beautiful. only small negative airconditiong wasn't string enough. Room never really cooled off enough for us. But that does seem to be the case with many hotels in Greece.

Actually it's the best hotel in the island

This place is great, everything was perfect to the details. From comfort of the suit to service I'm giving perfect 10. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and with so many variety. amazing view as well as pool and patio. Service immaculate and prompt. Ana and Marina were very helpful with suggestions what to do/see. I have to mention only one bad experience and to be alert in the future here is "Taxi situation". Make sure that you ask for cost of the fare otherwise taxi driver will charge you way too much than hotel receptionist told you, in my case happened 3 times: first ride to Fira, I was told $20 but taxi charged me $25, ride to Perivolos I was told $15 but charged $20 and last one ride to Imerovigli supposed to be $25 but I was charged $40 (2 days later We took taxi from Imerovigli to Akrotiri and it was $25). Be aware of this and ask both sides about the price. Thank you guys, we'll be back soon!

Excellent location away from the crowds
We chose these apartments for our anniversary and was not disappointed. Lovely location with stunning views. Accommodation is exactly as it is described and the staff cannot do enough for you. We were given an upgrade on arrival for 3 of the 4 nights which was a real treat, but even the room we had booked was beyond our expectations. We will definatly be going back.

Peaceful and Relaxing
Neptune suites offer a fantastic view of the Caldera, at the peaceful end of the small island - away from the bustle of Oia and Fira. There isn't much to do in Santorini in general, so it was a peaceful and relaxing location to enjoy a break. You do however really need to travel away from Akrotiri to find quality eating spots, and the taxi fares mount up.

The most amazing holiday we've ever had!!!!
An incredible view, combined with attentive and informative staff, an excellent location and perfect weather made for the most amazing trip. We hired a car which made Akrotiri the most incredible location, as we could see beautiful sunsets from multiple locations in a quick drive, and even from our balcony! Very close to red beach and the black beaches, Akrotiri is a much more beautiful and tranquil place to stay than Fira or Oia. Such a romantic island and this hotel really was perfect for us.

Great location, great and very helpful staff! The unbelievable location with Santorini's island "caldera" view from the private terrace. Step into the heated pool with whirlpool jets and massage table. Additional hotel room facilities included modern bathroom with sauna and drenching shower. Great wi-fi connection. Rent a car and explore local wineries and shopping in Oia and Fira. Highly recommended hotel for a romantic getaway.

Amazing hotel with stunning views. Staff were excellent! The room was immaculate and cleaned everyday. Breakfast was very good and served fresh every morning to our room. The only downside was that the pool wasn't 100% private. Otherwise, it was a fantastic hotel and I would strongly recommend it. Red beach and very nice restaurants are all walking distance from the hotel. The locals were friendly and helpful. Amazing holiday!

Suite was great but thought I was getting the infinity pool room going by the Premium Room I booked, but to get this you need to book the Deluxe room. The location is out of the way so you will need to hire a car or buggy as taxi fares are quite expensive. Taxi to Oia is 50 euro one way and 20 to Fira.

One of the greatest hotels in Akrotiri
i enjoyed my stay in Neptune so much. maybe it's one of few hotels which perfectly match between reality and photos as everything you can see about it on the websites are exactly what you'll see live there. this hotel has an attractive design to it's room whether it is premium or deluxe. what you'll benefit from is that the bus stop is directly near the hotel entrance which facilitates your transportation plans (you may ask the staff on the timetable of the buses). Another thing to shed light on is the pool. it's really nice; the deluxe suite has a bigger pool size but semi-private though you can enjoy it at anytime as i did (even at night - warm water). the premium suite is almost the same as the deluxe but a bit smaller though the pool is 95% private. either ways in both suites, the view is surreal and true joy. The cleanliness of the room is remarkable and the staff are very helpful. I added this hotel in google maps so you can check its location. overall, i highly recommend it especially for couples and i can't wait for my next trip to santorini in order to book in neptune again.

We stayed for four nights at this hotel, which is a new modern boutique hotel, and we loved it! The views from the second floor are amazing, and the swim tub and balcony so lovely to relax on - the September weather was perfect. The rooms and design also beautiful. Location really great for experiencing the south side of the island, plenty to do, and while there isn't a restaurant at the hotel (besides for a great breakfast), there are more than enough restaurant options around. We stayed on the north side of the island after this, and this worked out really well to experience both. You do need a car to get around though, very necessary (or a buggy if you prefer.) Anna and the staff were spot on on recommendations, booking trips, hiring a car for us, and even helping with an issue we had with our car. We so appreciate this! Thank you for an amazing stay.

Great hotel with very friensly staff and amazing view. Just make sure to ask for room 4 because that's the best room in the hotel with the widest view. Akrotiri is a relaxing and quiet area close to red beach and Perissa beach. All in one, Neptune hotel was the perfect accommodation in Santorini

Couldn't be more perfect
Since the second we checked in untill the second we checked out the service was always beyond expectations. The rooms were gorgeous, just like the pictures if not even nicer, the view is spectacular, and the rooms were always kept super clean and smelled fresh. What made our stay even more magical was the amazing, thoughtful and helpful staff who made us feel neptune as home. Being there when needed, making all necessary arrangements such as transportation, trip planning, last but not least finding my dad the aged belsamic vinegar :) If i had the option to rate the hotel more the than five, then i would have given it a higher rating. We loved santorini so much and if i will tavel again, i would definitely stay in neptune and no where else. Anna, Costos and Georgina thank you for making our first family vacation magical and special. Barbarawi family.

The Neptune Is Awesome
We spent 4 nights at the Neptune Luxury Spa and Suites. It was a great experience. The suite was wonderful and spacious. The outdoor patio with pool fantastic. The décor was fresh and relaxing. The breakfast that they provide and deliver to your room was such a treat. The service was first class. This place makes you feel at home, the staff becomes family. Anna, Costos, and Jo are always available. Anna called ahead for us if we needed to book excursion, or taxi. They suggested great restaurants to us, making reservations if needed. Arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport, and take us back to airport at end of our stay. There is a grocery store across the street, and some great walking distance restaurants. Fira and Oia are short taxi rides away. We can't wait to go back and stay at the Neptune again. We toured a wonderful new Winery that is close by, had great wine and great food.
