This place is simply unbelievable. From the second we arrived, every need was attended to by the staff; in particular Vergallis who ran the bar from 11am to 11pm each day. The room was spectacular, and a tailormade breakfast was delivered to the terrace each morning which was lovely. The pool setting was always clean and picturesque. The location of the hotel is actually overlooking the non-caldera side, but its a 3 minute walk to get the views over the calera and it was never busy where we sat and admired the views. The location should not be underestimated, as it meant we were able to avoid large crowds whilst still have easy access to Thira and Oia. The hotel organised a catamaran cruise for us, which I would highly recommend too.

The property is super clean. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Ilianna was so kind to always book us a taxi going back to our hotel. She booked us a sailing trip to the Greek Islands and it was our best experience ever! Thank you!

Amazing hotel!!
Our stay at SantAnna was amazing. The hotel is located just outside of the busy city center, so it was very quiet and relaxing. The property itself is beautiful and the rooms were very clean and spacious. Everyone on the staff was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond our expectations. We had an extremely comfortable stay and I hope to have the opportunity to visit again!

Amazing place to stay with incredible sunrise view of the coast. Staff was extremely nice and helpful with any requests and transportation needs. The pool, bar and outside areas are top notch and the rooms are upscale and luxurious. If you're looking for peace and quiet away from the tourist attractions, you'll enjoy this place.

Our stay at SantAnna was unbelievable. This hotel is like something out of a movie. It is so beautiful, modern and elevated. We had a honeymoon suite with a private pool but the main pool is so nice we found we didn’t even need to use our own pool. The breakfast that was included was amazing with absolutely fantastic options. The room was huge and absolutely beautiful. Every single staff member at this hotel are fantastic. They are so so helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a fantastic time. Truly treat you like royalty. The pool bar is great for drinks and light snacks during the day. There are wonderful restaurants nearby that that the hotel suggested for us which were among the best of our entire trip to Greece. We liked this area in Santorini because it’s more quiet and less touristy. Highly recommend doing the sailing tour with their sister company because it’s a wonderful way to see the island! Also do the hike to Oia it’s so beautiful and takes about 1 hr 45 from the hotel. we will absolutely be coming back to this hotel it was a complete HIGHLIGHT of our trip! Iliana and Konstantina at the reception were absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much for an incredible stay!!!! 💕

Our stay was fabulous. Everything about this hotel is first rate in terms of design and comfort. The pool is a real pool for swimming. The setting is beautiful and the staff were very helpful and accommodating, including setting up reservations in advance. Top notch in all respects. It is luxurious. The breakfast is imaginative and plentiful. no restaurant but good lunch/bar options.

A gem of a find. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a touch of elegance, tranquility and class. The staff were incredible, very friendly, professional and catering to all of our needs. Fabulous! We were not very lucky with the weather during our visit so we spent more time at the hotel than we perhaps would have otherwise. But when the service and the cocktails are this good, you don’t mind. From the second we arrived we were made to feel so welcome & genuinely cared for. Nothing was too much trouble. On arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite, which was not only beautiful but absolutely enormous. Breakfast was brought to our room every morning and the food gave us our first taste of what to expect in Santorini - amazing. Veggales behind the bar is a rare gem. Not only are his cocktails unbelievable (try the Zombie, you won’t be disappointed), my partner wasn’t feeling well and he went out of his way to make sure he was ok. People like him really make a difference to your stay. We don’t usually like going back to the same place twice, but here we may make an exception. Thank you!

SantAnna had such an amazing team. Always so kind and hospitable. This is a modern facility with so much space. We stayed in the Junior Suite and were surprised with how much space we had, it featured a living room with tv, lounge nook, bedroom space, and bathroom with divided shower and toilet. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Santorini. It’s within walking distance of Imervigoli and they offer a great transfer service to anywhere in Santorini for purchase. Very pleased with our stay.

Hotel ist neu, Zustand hervorragend. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Mietauto empfohlen, da das Hotel doch noch ein Stück vom Imerovigli entfernt ist. Keine Sicht auf die Caldera. Frühstück noch verbesserungswürdig. Die Zeiten wurden manchmal verändert ohne Rücksprache. Eine alla Carte Bestellung von den Kunden würde den Verbrauch/Ausschuss optimieren. Das sind aber kleine Details, das Hotel selbst ist top!
