Incredible view and terrific value!
Lovely view from somewhat spartan quarters. Enjoyed the hostess, pressed sheets and hot shower. An excellent value for our short stay.

Beautiful view and excellent egg lent accommodatis
Outstanding stay…. The host and hostess were amiable, informative and expedient… lovely sea view….. cute balcony with an outstanding view of the sea and partial town/ surroundings….. The only drawback would be parking adjacent but you can find it on the streets…. Short walk to town center/ port( about 1.2 mile… excellent restaurants…. I will stay again and recommend highly

The old lady managing the property is very sweet and kind. The property is also well managed, it may not look too good from the outside but the rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. Absolutely no complaints at the price point, highly recommended and will definitely return if I visit Syros again!

Lovely basic hotel
We loved our stay at sea colours. We had the red room (sea view) - definitely worth getting sea view room. Location is perfect, great view over syros. Room is basic but very clean & comfortable. Air-con worked perfectly.

A charming homely place by the sea
This place is charming, it's an old and beautiful home, in a prime location overlooking the sea. The owners are really sweet and welcoming. The room is basic, all you need as who stays in a room when you're on Syros anyway. The AC works well and it's nice to have your own little area with a fridge and for making coffee. And the view from the roof terrace is stunning.

Yes the room was clean. The washing facilities were the problem. The shower unit did not function. The sink stopper leaver at the rear of the tap was broken, so the sink could not fill. altogether it was problem to wash myself.

location is very central. Room was clean. Lovely view from the terrace across the room unless you book a seaview room. If you need to arrange for pickup, make sure to message a lot in advance :)

Amazing view, good location and the coffee, tea and breakfast basics are a nice touch but the rooms are very basic and in need of an update. We were initially given a smaller room than we booked but we eventually got the room we booked after some insistence. Overall, good value for the price but in need of an update.

Great Location
Basic room, but had everything we needed! The location isn’t too far from the port and is idyllically situated by the sea. There is v close access to the ‘beach’ and 5-10 minutes walk from central restaurants and shops. The balcony at the top had great views of the beautiful church and surrounding areas and small kitchenette allowed us to have breakfast up there admiring them!

Loved this place. Right off the water in a picturesque and quiet part of the town. Spacious room, friendly staff, great view from rooftop patio, and steps away from Asteria Beach. Will definitely stay again next time I visit Syros.

This is a great choice in Syros, close yo the potr, ftiendly staff, it is a great deal. We were very happy to have stayed there for 3 nights..Syros is magical!

Do not recommend
No one was there to help us check in. Had to call their offices to send someone, waited 30 minutes. We requested a room with water view and balcony (room 136) and we got a room looking in an dark alley without a balcony. The lady said that all the rooms were booked a long time ago so she had no room for us, even thought I booked my reservation 6 months ago, she did not comment when I told her that, just said sorry. The beds were horrible. Our stay was so bad the we left a day early and stayed at another hotel.

A let down
On arrival we were very happy with our first impression of this apartment, but it did disappoint on further inspection. Only half of the apartment had hot water the kitchen had no hot water and the cooker was so old it wouldn’t even heat soup. The view stupendous but no good as a self catering option.

Dear Tony We checked the electric cooker, and it works properly. As far as the hot water at the sink, there is another button that you should have switched on, in order to have hot water also at the sink. Best Regards PB

Je ne m'attend jamais au grand luxe lorsque je réserve une chambre d'hôtel mais cet hôtel fait partie des expériences les + décevantes pour moi. Les + : Belle vue, Emplacement idéal Les - : les hôtes ne parlent que grec, la douche est terriblement petite, la lit n'est pas confortable, les produits d'hygiène (+ eau potable) ne sont pas renouvelé (nous avons eu deux échantillons de gel douche/shampoing pour 3 nuits à 2). Ce qui vraiment a fait que cet hôtel nous a déplu c'est les fenêtres. Notre chambre est dotée de deux fenêtres - l'une est condamnée mais mal condamnée. Donc on n'a aucune vue sur l'extérieur, on ne peut pas aérer MAIS on se fait réveiller par la lumière le matin - l'autre donne sur le couloir. Donc on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans le couloir (et inversement : le couloir entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans notre chambre), aération impossible.

Vorallem die Dachterrasse mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt hat uns überzeugt. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer schönen Gegend mit vielen kleinen Gassen, nur ein paar Treppenstufen von einer Badestelle entfernt. Der Hafen kann zu Fuß in 15 Minuten, oder im Sommer mit einem kostenlosen Minibus erreicht werden. Es war möglich, das Gepäck auch nach dem Auschecken noch unterzustellen und Abends abzuholen. Alles in allem würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen, da es uns sehr gut gefallen hat :)
