Staff was courteous! Room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable. We loved how late the bar was open and you could order late night food.

Hyatt Place St. Augustine/Vilano Beach
Hard to find ice - only on third floor. ;) The male receptionist when we arrived was outstanding, smiling and attentive every time I went down with a question. The morning receptionist, female, was rude and unhelpful. Valet parking only, but those guys were GREAT!
