"We came to enjoy the pool during spring break with our two small kids and found so much more to explore! We live a little over an hour away in the downtown Pittsburgh area. Great food (we are at Trace and Skyline), friendly staff, great breakfast sandwich + good coffee at the coffee shop! We loved the zoo so much that we visited twice - we paid for the extra animal experience at the zoo the first day we went, hours were a little short so this took up most of our visit, but was worth EVERY penny for the kids!! We loved how extended the indoor pool hours were, esp cause that was the #1 request from the kids! Lots of beautiful outdoor space too!
We can’t wait to come back in full summer to enjoy the outdoor pool and for the Christmas lights! "
"Staff was amazing, Cathy checked us in with a smile and a story, thumbs up! At breakfast our server and cook were very friendly and helpful. We had questions about the local area and they were more than happy to help us! Michael at the desk helped us out with information and was kind enough to provide us a late checkout, because we needed to make repairs. "

8/10 Good
"I booked a stay in a handicap accessible room, with a tub. I have a snydrome that makes standing for showers difficult and prefer a tub. We received a room with a shower. No problem, it was one night. The staff was friendly, breakfast delicious and the mattresses nice."
SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pittsburgh Washington
2/10 Terrible
"The room was dirty and disgusting. Horrible water damage on the ceiling and walls. The ceiling and wall paint was peeling from water drainage. The ceiling above the bed was brown, scared it was going to leak. Smelled of mildew. Could not get another room due to 3rd floor completely shut down. No better accommodations given. Do NOT stay here, the place needs to be closed."

6/10 Okay
"The first inpression of the hotel was nice. Check in went well. When we got ready to put the children to sleep, we pulled out the sofa bed and noticed the mattress was heavily stained and ripped. We informed the front desk amd we were given a new room on the same floor. No problem. We pulled outhe sofa bed in the new room. It was clean. However, the mattress was vey thin snd i could feel all of the springs in the mattress, i had to sleep on the matress and put pillows under me , to alleviate fweling the springs. I let my little kids sleep i. The regular bed. I hope this gets addressed so that the nedd family does not have to go thru this. Breakfast was okay. The food temperatureood could've been warmer, of provide a microwave to heat the food up, without having to go all the way back to your room. "
