"Thermostat did not seem accurate "

"The room was bare bones. The walls were dirty and the headboards were worn and had finger prints all over them. The wallpapered walls around the shower were coming off and were full of mold. The breakfast was terrible. Barely anything out, the place was a mess, and seemingly one person just throwing out whatever could be made. Potato cakes, then diced potatoes, a random pot of eggs taht were burnt to the bottom, plain toast and bagel, no fruit, salt and pepper in big cereal bowls with plastic spoons to dish it out... Very disappointing all around. "

"Our room was nice and clean, with modern fixtures and furniture. The hotel is maybe an older building, so some of the parts show its age more than other properties might. Overall, it was a great value with great location and access to everything going on in the King of Prussia area. They had plenty of parking, All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful!"

"There was some fumbling with booking as we reserved a room for 4 with double beds and got a single king. When I pointed this out the concierge said to use the sofa bed even though our room did not have one. Eventually we got another room with a sofa bed as all double bed rooms were taken. "

"Hotel is nice but info and service is very unreliable including shutting down to mountain to skiing with no warning. Also food is really expensive. "

"For the amount of the stay I believe that it should be a lot cleaner. The room had a very sticky floor, which I did ask the very pleasant lady at the front desk to please send house keeping to clean. She immediately had it taken care of. The cabinet that holds the refrigerator had no handle to open. I had to improvise to get it open. The water pressure was very low and there are not many TV channels. After, like a few minutes the TV reception went and could no longer watch TV. Garbage piled up near elevator. The room and hallway have musty smell and my husband and I had no desire to stay, we checked out early. "
