"The hotel was very clean but it smells old. It didn't affect my stay but it could use some updating. However, the staff was absoluting amazing and helpful. My son said it's pretty cool and we should visit again. Drury will be my first choice wherever I travel. They serve breakfast and dinner. They didn't mind me asking for extra to take for lunch the next day. The hotel is across the street from Union Station and the Aquarium. The metro is just across the parking lot of Union Station. We used it on two days. We stayed from Saturday- Wednesday. We hope to visit again!"
"I'm giving our stay a 1-star because we stayed in Room 222, and the ice machine next to the room was making so much noise every minute. I didn't get any sleep at all, but we got in at midnight and were too tired to go change rooms. This was not the first time I had the same experience staying there, but it’s convenient because it’s close to the airport and I can leave my car there. Maybe next time, I’ll tell them to put us away from elevators and ice machines. "
"I have never stayed at a Drury but if you’re looking for a family-friendly hotel, then this is the one! The rooms were very clean every day and the food (not just the breakfast, you get some free drinks and dinners between 5:30-7:30pm) was delicious. My family and I enjoyed the Drury and plan to go back to one."
"A really weird thing happened to us in the hotel restaurant. We ordered dinner, food was OK. Waitress asked if we were paying cash or credit card. I said cash. She went to the register and came back and told us verbally that it would be $48 (which I think may have included the cranberry juice that didn't come). No paper bill. I gave her $60 expecting her to come back with change. No change, she just came backa few minutes later and said "have a nice evening." I thought OK, she got a nice tip but I'm not going to fight about it. But the whole thing was weird. Also a bit strange checking in that they had a hard time finding our Expedia reservation."
