"Most of the food was Very Good...... 1st morning breakfast was biscuits and gravy, biscuits were hard as a rock.... Last dinner Thurs night, ordered steak, well done and server entered as medium rare...... I ate it ......"

A group of 5 people fully clothed got in the hot tub while I was in it. The main pool looked beautiful but was not opened ....very disappointing. They herded all the guests into the infinite pool that was so crowded.... horrible"

When I arrived, I was initially told no rooms were available and that Hotels.com is not up to date on room availability. After asking several questions and that they check again, it turns out there was one room available. "
