"The hotel is dated and can use updates, howevet very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast area. I don't eat sausage and suggest adding bacon and some type of breakfast potatoes as another option. We have stayed at other hotels that offer this.
Our room was clean and comfortable, but the bedside lamps and desk lamp has several visible rust spots on top, stem, and base. The chair and ottoman had grease like stains on them
The bath rub inside the non slip grip that yoy stand on. Was grayish almost dirty looking is very worn and no longer white.
My biggest complaint is the front desk staff lack of customer service and snack prices.
The heavy set young lady in particular is very unfriendly or welcoming, no smile, didn't tell us anything about when breakfast is upon checking..she was overall misreable.
The young man she was training was very nice, welcoming, great demeanor and seemed to want to be there and ready to help.
Lastly, I bought a can of soda and a snack size doritos...the size that you can buy on the grocery store to put in your kids lunch box. Or better yet buy 2 for a dollar at a corner store or Dollar General. Both came to $8!!!!!! The can of soda being $2 you do the math? $6 for a baby bag of doritos? Is someone skimming off these purchases?
We paid $150 plus $20 incidental hold fee and still have not received our $20 back yet. We will not being staying here again."
