"Great location with easy access to the main Singleton area as well as roads to explore surrounding suburbs. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. The room was nice as well. The complimentary breakfast was simple with cereal and toast + coffee. Overall, a lovely stay!"

"This was a late booking, and I wasn't sure if I'd get there on time (I was coming from Sydney); but all was good. Room was clean, warm, and the coffee AND BISCUITS in the room were most welcome. btw ... having the Chinese restaurant on the premises was a huge bonus too. I ordered take-away that night (because I'd arrived late) and the servings were huge! A good night's stay :o)"

"The check in was very friendly. The room was extremely clean. Parking was good and not an issue. Ate at the RSL next door - food was ok however you cannot buy a glass of wine - unbelievable - only bottles available."

"The room was very clean but overall in a very tired condition, especially the shower. Although situated on a main road, it was quiet, which was surprising. The golf club is a 10min walk away & although also needs a revamp, the food was good & reasonably priced. They are currently renovating the restaurant at the hotel so it wasnโt open but hopefully once thatโs done, they move onto the rooms. However I would definitely stay there again as it was convenient. "

"Ther is no pool it closed over 2 years ago but still appears on website likewise the "immaculate grounds" arent real life photos. The owners refuse to spend money on repairs claiming leesor is responsible. We still enjoyed our stay Why. Front counter lady excellent and helpful Room around the back Very clean linen despited dated room The price reflects the current state. We will be back infact this isnt the first visit."
