When we checked in at the front desk the young man was very friendly, welcoming and polite.
Room was very clean and nicely furnished.
Morning breakfast was very delicious and nicely presented.
I would recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone.
We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

Strange facility. Limited parking out front, which happened to have a lot of oversized trucks in a tight lot. Large amount of gated parking in the back. Only one elevator. My key became deactivated at some point after the initial use. The bathroom had been redone and was obvious on the door and shower with different marks and roughness. The shower had a 2/3 fixed glass partition so water bounces out and cold air flows in. Rain shower head looked nice but can barely be rotated. Didn’t matter with barely any water pressure.

Great customer service and convenient location. The walls are pretty thin, though. Could here pretty much everything from the hallway to rooms above and around. But super nice room and amenities.

The property was fine. Expedia dropped the ball and didn’t book my stay with the hotel. I was sent a confirmation number but Expedia told the hotel I never sent a payment. Go figure. Then a see a nine dollar charge from Expedia on my card. Again, go figure. The check in experience was very frustrating but the staff worked it out and I got a room.

The stay was exactly what I needed. My friends andI were able to enjoy our trip with no problem. Knowing that we had a spectacular room that met the needs of each of us was the icing and cherry on top of the successful trip. Walking distance of multiple places to eat and not far from either shopping center was great too!

Our stay was very short but the hotel was really nice. We go to Greensboro often for swim meets a couple times a year and not sure how we’ve missed staying here. Highly recommend

Customer service in the front desk so arrogant
I asked to fix my room key biz wasn’t working and they were really rude assuming that I don’t know how use my room key!!
So bad never will stay again at this hotel!

The staff acted like I was bothering them by even just being in the building. Seriously, I'd call them rude, but that'd mean they'd have even acknowledged me when I spoke to them.

Check in was easy. Elevator was down so it was challenging getting all my stuff to the 3rd floor. But the staff was helpful.
Rooms were clean and large. Poor water pressure and very small bathroom.

When you pay over $200/night for a room, it is unimaginable to me that you get charged extra for the breakfast the next morning. This is always an ammenity at most hotels.
