"The property was pretty clean but the inside needs maintanence. Doors don’t close, not enough pots and pans, dirty curtains, loose legs on the kitchen table, fire place didn’t work, broken light bulbs, the outside wasn’t bad except that the road desperately needs to be replaced. The potholes are huge!! Staff was nice but the sign said to check in on the other side and the door was padlocked shut. It wasn’t easy to know what that meant. They should have said a more direct location. I had to call...

"The staff was wonderful. The room and breakfast area were clean. The hotel needs a facelift. It has a neglected feel. This is the fault of corporate decisions, not those at the property. Carpets are worn, doors are banged up and need paint, grout is grubby looking, and outlets need updated for charging. "

"Came to town to visit family and wanted to see this impressive hotel that was built just before we moved away. We didn’t really take advantage of all the amenities, but it is modern and comfortable and the bar/restaurant staff are great. There was some small, occasional ticking sound near the entrance of our room that seemed to be caused by vibration in the walls, and there isn’t an option for less lighting in the bathroom. Overall, though, it was one of the best hotel stays we’ve experienced!"
