"The best thing was Scooters being right behind the hotel. Stayed Friday evening to Sunday morning for softball tournaments. The pool did not work when we checked in. They finally got it up and running late Saturday evening but the kids only got to swim for about 30 mins before closing time. Then staff (Ryan) on duty tried kicking them out almost 10 mins early!"

"Hotel was a little rough. The beds were really comfortable and the shower pressure was good but that’s about it. Staff was also friendly. But the hotel is very dated, the entry ways were unlocked at night, and there was no internal lock on our room. I had to put a chair against the door handle to feel secure. The room was clean enough, but we didn’t take our shoes off because the carpet looked so old. This places was good enough for a last minute need but not somewhere I’d pick if I had other options"

"This room was for our employee, a bus driver, who had just dropped US Army Reserve troops at nearby Camp Atterbury. He needed his mandated 8 hour rest period before returning home. He stated that the front desk did not want him there because of parking the bus there. After his insistence they checked him in. He stated that the property was run down and smelled bad. We will not use this chain in the future."

"Was given a handicap room on the first floor that I did not request. When I entered the room, I was completely overwhelmed by the musty smell. It was completely overpowering every time you entered the room. Obviously the room has not been kept well cleaned. I won’t be coming back. Also, the air-conditioning did not work very well."

"I was in town for a terribly sad reason! My 26 year-old niece was in hospice not expected to make it much longer! The first night I would give the lady at the Desk the highest rating possible!! She made checking in after a very stressful day so easy! She could tell I was struggling, I’m disabled, and she even helped me get my things and get to my room! I was really unwell the next morning, so I had already decided to stay over if the room was available. When the I’m not going to say lady, because she definitely wasn’t! So I will say the person from the desk called and I told her my niece was not expected to make it through the weekend and also I will set this morning so I would like to extend my stay and tonight and maybe another night. Also, was that possible? She acted as though that offended her for some reason, she finally came back and said yes it’s available, I said well could you go ahead and extend my stay for tonight at least and I would try to let them know by tonight about tomorrow. Then she called several times about my card not going through, and I said well let me check. The guy from the bank said he showed where it went through again today!So I called and she was like you just need to bring another form of payment,and the owner said you needed to do that in the next 2-3 min!!! I was like are you kidding me?? I went ahead and paid in cash and let my daughter take care of over the 400.00 that should not have been on my card! I would not recommend this property!!"
