"The hotel is brand new. It even smells new like I read in one of the other reviews. Check in went smoothly. The staff was very friendly and professional which was a pleasant surprise because you don't always find that at lower end hotels. Obviously with everything being brand new the room was clean, the mattress and pillows were comfortable, the appliances, TV and such worked just fine. The guy that checked me in told me I would have to pay $9 for parking, each day, I'm there. But as it turns out, that wasn't the case. I've never been to a hotel, we're you have to pay to park. I paid over two hundred each night, why would they charge you to park. "
