My family and I was in town for a wedding. I must say this hotel was the perfect choice. The staff was super friendly and so accommodating! We traveled with young children and our dog. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel was block(s) away from nearby shops, Haywood mall, and gas stations! Let’s not forget they serve free breakfast!

The front desk staff are very sweet and helpful. My bathroom could probably have done with a good scrubbing. The hotel has one elevator.

Hello I'm so sorry that we only had one elevator. We order the part it is on back order I have called everyday to get a ETA when the part will be in. I do understand that one elevator is a inconvenience.

Nice hotel with amazing staff! However, everything seems to be closed down. The pool was closed, the bar and restaurant were closed due to renovations, microwave wasn't working, only one staff upfront, no one replenish our room with toiletries, and only one elevator was working for 5 floors of guests ... the good thing was, the room was very spacious with a pull out sofa, sink, refrigerator, desk, etc. Breakfast was eh. Nothing fancy.

This was hands down the hotel experience I have had so far. The room was beautiful, spacious, and very affordable. I felt like I got way more than my money’s worth with this location. The room was immaculately clean, the beds were very comfortable, and it was really quiet. We will definitely be staying here again and if all Hyatt hotels are like this one then I will be putting Hyatt as my top option for stays in other locations as well. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast served in the morning was an actual breakfast! The food was hot, fresh, and very flavorful. Lastly, this was by far the fastest check in and checkout processes I have ever had. We were checked in and in our room in about 5 minutes. Very satisfied and 10/10 recommend this hotel!

Our room was a double with sofa bed. It was clean and spacious. Check in was a little slow but the lady was so sweet and trying her best. I would stay here again.

I got my daughter Stevie Nicks concert tickets for Christmas. This was the hotel that I got for her. She was excited and impressed, so take that as the best review because she is high maintenance.

The room is nicely remodeled. One of the elevators is under repair and the other one is dirty, but some of this is to be expected from a property under remodeling construction.

I enjoyed the room very nice looking it felt very cozy relaxing and a nice view. Negative thing was only the elevator was very slow.

Elevator was slow and panel was loose. Hardwood floors outside elevator and in my room escalated noise in my room. No phone, complimentary water, or “do not disturb sign” Didn’t have room cleaned after my first night stay still without a sign to put on my door.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were so very pleasant and nice and helpful. However, when we checked in there is a huge cockroach on the floor that was thankfully dead but that really bothered me. There are also multiple stink bugs crawling in the window area and it didn’t seem like the floor had been vacuumed.

I found this hotel to be out of date. They did have a crew working on the outside of the building. The room was ok... not enough lights, the coffee maker was not working. The worst part of this room - how could the bathroom sink be part of where the others are sleeping???

A lot of construction goin on which I feel they should let u know at booking elevators was broken or very slow I asked to be moved to the 1st floor because of that well the air didn’t work in the 1st floor room mean while I gotta wait until they finish there line to get my stuff together after a long day of work the guy or girl at the front desk asked a co worker to help cuz it looks bad with me standing there my room wasn’t cleaned u can tell it was a rush job I will not be back

The property was under construction which made it look like an eyesaw both lnside and outside. We were booked in an old room and it was full of carpet and furniture stains and was very smelly. Requested a different room and was given a renovated room which was a bit better but still disappointing as some of the furniture still looked old and worn out. Only 1 working elevator which was quite shaky and scary. Room sevice did not clean our room. Made a report to the hotel manager at checkout. She emailed me to let me later in the day to let me know she reached out to you guys and you will be issuing a 1 night refund plus applied taxes. Please issue refund ad soon as possible. That will be a well deserved compensation for all the inconveniences. Thank you.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we had to search for parking. There were probably 25-30 spaces available for guests to park and the rest of the, already small, lot was full of construction vehicles and debris. There was no outside lighting and the area was heavily treed, which is lovely, but the trees are in bad shape and don’t allow for any ambient lighting either. When I suggested to the front desk person that these were disconcerting things that should be addressed, she said simply that management keeps saying that improvements are coming and that she too feels unsafe parking and entering the hotel. When I said that I would be complaining and writing a bad yelp review, she said that mine wouldn’t be the first. The elevators are terribly slow. The carpet in our room was ripped. The mattress on the sleeper was stained and there was no bedding. The bathrooms are small and uncomfortable with no ventilation for the steam from the shower. The shower had, what appeared to be, mold/ mildew. We went to the pool the following day and my nephew found two roofing nails on the pool deck and a piece of curled sheet metal IN the pool. There were no towels by the pool and there were yellow jackets in the bushes by the fencing. The positive aspects were the staff. Adele was very pleasant and always smiling and talked with my young nephews quiet amiably. Several other staff members were friendly and provided decent service. The breakfast was good and the water pressure amazing

Terrible condition. Not a good stay
Very dirty rooms. Stains all over the floors. Please note that the second floor is a pet floor with urine stains all over the carpets. The 6th floor is new but no furniture in the rooms other than beds. This place is a dump. Hyatt, this is not your standard! We checked out 4 hours after checking in. Took the lost on money but went to a better hotel.
