"Before I made reservations here I asked if they had a elevator. Anser was yes and they do. I then asked if they had luggage carts. Answer was yes and they don't. I am handicapped and can not carry luggage any distance. I ended up leaving the majority in my vehicle. Additonally the desk chair slipped out from under me and I hit my head on the wall and had to crawl to the bed to get up with quite a bit of difficulty. You should consider putting some kind of floor covering to prevent this happening to someone else."
