Next morning asked for maintenance while we were out for the day or to be moved. Came back and the new rep had no idea and no one looked at air. They gave me new Room. As we moved into it we realized the room was covered with 30-40 ‘lady bugs’. Three women are not about to stay there. After talking I asked to have the remainder of my stay (3 days) cancel and was refused. To be fair- Expedia was no help either. Never again. I will just go direct thru hotel chains and not 3rd party.
