"Very friendly and accommodating "

"I stayed at this property June of 2023 and just this past weekend, March 2026 and it was a steep down grade. The hotel is not being kept up-hallway rugs are dirty. My bathroom floor was VERY sticky - my slippers were sticking to the floor. Most likely staying somewhere else when I return to Bethlehem. "

"staff were very nice. our first night we were in the "pet friendly" section and had nonstop barking from next door so they moved us. overall no complaints. thanks for a relaxing weekend. "

"The front desk clerk was unpleasant and did not smile once. She seemed very annoyed and shuffled back and forth slowly as if she was either highly medicated or just extremely tired. The next morning she had the same attitude and told me to "wait" until she was ready to come out of her office in order to assist me up front. At night anys would greet me on my pillows and the nightstand where my water bottle rested. And then to add insult to injury, there was a wasp in the curtains that just hung out there the entire time. I stayed in the hotel one night and by the time it was time for me to leave, the whole entire hotel had lost power. Yep, that meant I had to walk down the stairs in total darkness.And I must admit, I never experienced that at a hotel before. This location was subpar and a terrible experience."

"The lady working the breakfast was fantastic! Very polite, personable, and helpful. Front desk employees were very kind also. The only hiccup was the fire alarm went off at 3:00 am. I think they said it was because someone was smoking in a non-smoking room. Luckily no fire."

"The hotel is beautiful and unique! This was our second time staying there. When going to Easton we will be staying at this hotel! Love it!"
