"Immediate feel of the hotel was disappointment. The pictures online gave the illusion of mid to upscale. Paint was chipping on the outside as well a the entrance and lobby. The appearance was that the floors had been redone, but nothing else had been touched.The woman that checked us in was wonderful, but besides that, we did not enjoy our stay. There were fixtures broken on the walls of our room, paint peeling, a large hole in our duvet, the records on the wall for decor were even crooked. The towels were like sandpaper. We checked for bed bugs multiple times, just to be on the safe side. I went to the lobby to ask for another blanket and some extra pillows. I was told by a different woman than the one that checked us in, that we had to wait for maintenance to get there and they would bring us some. Hours passed and nothing was brought to our room. My fiance went down and requested them again with a gentleman, who informed him that there was no maintenance that night. That unfortunately he did not have access to the room where all the blankets and pillows were kept. Because of the sight stating there was a pool and restaurant, I assumed we'd go swimming and get breakfast. Neither happened. The pool was closed and the restaurant, which was not in the hotel, but beside it, did not open until 10am for brunch. (We had plans at 9am, so I called the night before.) All in all, I would not recommend this hotel. "

"Room was very nice and clean! Check in and room key was a little confusing because it is all on the phone. But other than that it was a good stay!"

"Room was adequate. Ac was good. TV did not function well was blurry. Ice machine non functional, no ice. When i called down to night manager, he came up & called technician, i was told to turn tv off for 10 minutes. I did that however when he called me back & i said tv was the same & i asked for a room change, he tried to get around it by saying the tech said the entire hotel had the same experience. The next morning i asked for an ice machine local, same manager said in the bkfst area. When i entered the bkfst area tit was filthy. Had mot been cleaned at all"

"When we walked in the staff were friendly and curious. They went above and beyond with the time they took to walk us to the elevator and show us how to use it with the floors in the hotel. Great hotel and excellent management. Thank you."
