"We stayed one night after a concert and paid nearly $600 for our room, specifically choosing this hotel because parking was advertised as included. We arrived around 1 AM exhausted after the event, and because we didn’t immediately present our parking ticket at check-in, we were later charged $65 to park in the hotel garage anyway. The front desk staff was not helpful or understanding despite the circumstances. Very disappointing experience for the price paid, and definitely not the level of customer service we expected from Marriott."

"Stayed at the Hyatt for one night while in town for a concert. They were able to accommodate early check in and valet parking was very easy. Room was clean and beds were soft. There were only 2 USB ports in the room and for a party of 4, we could have used more for charging purposes. Breakfast was delicious"

"The room was not very clean and smelled overly of baby powder, and not in a good way. The cooling unit had a gap to the outside and wasn’t sealed properly. There are no “Do Not Disturb” signs at all and housekeeping was hard to get a hold of for towels; being told they didn’t have anymore big towels. Was told late check out was an option and when asked we were told there isn’t any late check out. The door at the back of the hotel has a card swipe lock but the door doesn’t close completely allowing just about anyone into the hotel. "
