The breakfast was amazing with so many different options and was all complementary. The building was nearly decorated and the room was pretty good. I definitely plan on staying here again.

Courtyard Marriott Fort Smith Downtown
Good hotel. Excellent location to downtown. Bathroom tile and shower tile need work and regrouting. Kind of rough. Overall it was okay.
