Our room was so clean, quiet and comfortable. Loved the amenities in the room. Everyone was very friendly at check in/check out and the hotel lobby to the hallways in the hotel were so clean and smelled great! I would definitely stay there again.

Wyndham Fort Smith City Center
The room stayed hot and muggy feeling. The bathtub had hair. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken. We only had a half a roll of toilet paper. The elevator situation was horrible.
