As you mentioned, we are an extended stay property designed to make home feel a little less far away with attention to details of everyday living such as a full-size kitchen, dedicated living room and separate bedroom. You are correct that our office closes at night with hours of 8 a.m.-9 p.m., Mon-Fri, 9-5 on Sat and 9-4 on Sun. For those checking in after hours, we put the keys and registration in a lockbox and text the information for access on the day of arrival. However, the general manager lives on property and responds to any emergency, after-hours phone calls. We are very sorry and concerned about the issues that you mentioned. Please note that we just had a management change and are quickly responding to rectify these issues. Thank you for staying with us and we hope to see you again.
