In a nutshell, it was as good a stay as any other ive had at any other higher priced, more ass kissing hotel ive traveled to. The desk clerk Lanny was superp and very much down to earth. She solved an issue with a smile, downhome kindness and awesomeness. So very happy that she was there to help. The rooms were well kept, the property clean and attractive and everything worked as it should. Glad i booked there and would gladly book again. Manager Mike runs a great place. Keep up the awesome work. 👍

Super Comfortable and Convenient!

We traveled with 3 dogs - 2 pets and 1 service dog. We did have to pay for 2 rooms...silly, as we paid for the dogs and rooms but all stayed in the one room. The young man at the front desk could not have been kinder. The room was very roomy and we were all very comfortable.

My room was clean, no weird odors or bugs. I put the DND sign on the door and nobody bothered me for my entire stay. There was another man in the lobby so the man that helped me check in made sure to give me directions to my room below the eye level of the other man and he pointed at my room number rather than saying it outloud. I really appreciated his concern with my safety, you don't see that much consideration very often.

The housekeeping staff has some sort of mental illness. They charged me $30 for 3 dirty towels they didn't even try to wash, accused me of smoking in my room which I didn't, and just opened the door to the room and entered multiple times without permission. They were rude, abrasive, and didn't even do a good job of cleaning. Quite frankly the worst customer service I have seen in decades. The owner wasn't much of a help either to managing his employees attitudes and behavior, and you can see this place is a failure from the top down due to poor management and structure. The only bright spot was the front desk clerk, otherwise I wouldn't have even given the place 1star
