Le logement est magnifique : les chambres sont neuves, impeccablement propres et très bien équipées. Tout est pensé avec soin pour assurer un séjour confortable et agréable. Beaucoup de propreté, d’ordre et d’attention aux détails. Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !"

"We absolutely loved our stay. The pool was amazing after a hot day out on the town and the breakfast was delicious with a gorgeous view of the lake and hillside. Rita was super helpful and even gave us a ride to the station down the hill when we left. 10 out of 10 would stay here again and highly recommend."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were fantastic—so welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. Everything was great overall, and I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. My only small issue was that the shower was a bit too small. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would happily stay here again!"

Every single member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome, always greeting us with a smile, taking the time to chat, and going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Whether it was the reception team helping with local recommendations, the restaurant and bar staff delivering outstanding service, the kitchen team producing delicious food every day, or the housekeeping and wellness staff keeping everything immaculate, everyone contributed to making our holiday unforgettable. "We stayed here for four nights —-booked two rooms for our family. Some of the highlights include: 1) great, fantastic location which is short walking distance to ferry, shops and restaurants. 2) we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and beautiful swimming pool every day. 3) super comfortable beds and well air conditioned rooms. 4) staffs at the breakfast, pool and concierge are super attentive, warm and helpful. The concierge booked a private boat tour for us and provided useful advices on day trips and ferry schedules. The only and the biggest low light was that the casual restaurant (La Goletta) was super disappointing. The food was boring, plain, and poorly prepared . The restaurant waiters were cold and stern. Given the price, the restaurant felt way below our expectation. Recommend to stay at the hotel but eat elsewhere."
