The staff was very friendly, especially reception desk, where Mateo and Julia were very helpful to us and answering our questions and coordinating things. We had a fantastic breakfast each day with very attentive staff ready to organise items not available from the buffet. We had lovely oat milk cappuccinos each morning and decaf options were available.
The onsite restaurant and rooftop bar offered a great option during a rainy day, should you decide for a day at the hotel for some R&R.
We had help organising a transfer to Malpensa airport which saved us 2 hours of public transport (although at a significant cost).
Whilst the hotel is tucked away from the busier areas, buses to Como, Bellagio, Varenna were easy to use (you can pay by card on the bus) and trains are available.
