"Amazing property and room, only issue is it’s very understaffed so it’s hard to get anything without chasing down workers. They also don’t stay on the property so after like 11pm you’re on your own. Besides that it was a wonderful location and very peaceful."

"Very nice stay here! Great breakfast and coffee every morning. Great location to tour around to different wineries and towns. Free parking. "

"Food was amazing, we love how quiet and relaxing it was"

"Great place, wonderful restaurant"

"Monica is a very gracious host. We very much enjoyed our stay. The village is also very quaint and within walking distance. We appreciate the hospitality and highly recommend staying here if you’re coming to the area."

"Excellent location, breakfast was awesome, perfect place for a young couples."

"Beautiful. It’s an old monastery. Great location for getting around. Would definitely stay there again."

"Finding the location and checking in was a bit confusing. It’s also un-manned and a pretty steep fee to check in outside of the set 3 hours you are supposed to check in. Location was phenomenal and the room was clean. They also left out extra towels and toilet paper which was appreciated since there’s no front desk or anyone there. If you just need a bed in the heart of Florence and are flexible when you can check in then it’s a great place for that"

"The property location was ideal for visiting the landmarks, churches and museums."

"I will definitely stay here again if I’m back in Florence. The place is very nice, clean and the staff is great! The sites are all within walking distance."
