"The views from our room were excellent. You could see the iconic Hollywood sign and the Griffith park observatory. The gym had more than enough equipment to get a good workout. Finally the pool area was a very pleasant surprise with it’s outdoor garden vibe."

"The pool is VERY misleading. We sacrificed room space because the pool looked amazing. No food. No bar service. Much smaller than appears. Closed during the day 12-2 without notice. Came back for “golden hour” on a Tuesday after 5.00 only to be told “not Thursday yet”. Stay for the location. Not the pool or rooms. "

"The hotel room is clean and the breakfast is ok. The problem is the area around the hotel where there are lots of homeless and the police cars are going day and night. "

"The location is ok, a little sketchy outside near the freeway, but avoidable. The hotel is nice, and the staff is superb. I wish the furniture were more updated; that would make this hotel a 10."
