"The property is overall good. There is a refrigerator and a microwave (this is becoming less and less available at hotels). The staff is friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was functional but dated. It's a little odd to have the bathtub open to the bedroom. It may be a dated feature. The fitness room was adequate. The breakfast is good for the price per night. The carpet seems a little old and sticky. I had to keep my shoes on in the room. The hotel did state it is undergoing a renovation so maybe the sticky carpets will be gone in a few months. Maybe offer indoor slippers to guests until the renovation is done? During my stay, the fire alarm went off. Everything was OK in the end but we (the guests) were in the dark. It would have been helpful to have a staff member tell us what to do."

"Hotel has pleasant clean smell through out & is well kept although dated and a lot of wear and tear evident. Room - curtains, bedding, towels- clean. Air conditioning worked really well and was easily controlled. We took advantage of the swimming pool (very clean) and small gym. There were no towels at the pool and it is a very small gym with some machines broken- but for the price, who can complain! Wish the bar/restaurant was open but considering that hotel was almost vacant- understandable. It is in a great location - close to everything (shopping centers, Walmart, pocono mountains, restaurants, all nearby). There is a Dunkin Donuts on the same lot which saved the morning! Wish continental breakfast or at least coffee was available at the lobby. Rooms do have a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron & ironing board. Toiletries are scentless so bring your own. Would stay there again. I enjoyed the stay."

"The property is well maintained. Very clean and updated inside, friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and updated and the bed was super comfortable. We went to the indoor pool and that was also great! Wish they did have bigger pool towels though. But it was a great experience. Breakfast was lovely- had coffee, tea, juices and sodas as well as egg omelettes, sausage, home fries and bagels, waffles, yogurts. Very nice. We had a great time. Evenings were quiet and no issues with hallway noise. If in the area again we would definitely come back."

"I’ll just say the Front desk is less to be desired. Don’t expect them to be much help with anything. The campfire smores and golf cart tour was great and our kids loved it. Golf course is always beautiful and well maintained. The upgrades they recently did to the pool are excellent."
