"It was clean and reasonably priced. Definitely had a convention center vibe. We found out belatedly that we needed to pre-book the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We didn't see this in anything we got from the hotel or Travelocity, nor was it particularly easy to call the hotel from the airport. The breakfast started very early, so that was great for early flight. I was hoping to find a non-dairy yogurt at breakfast, but otherwise the selection was good."

"Lovely staff, facilities, room and location. Within site of the glorious church and walking distance to almost everything. The only thing that could be improved is access to charging for electric cars. There is a charger but it was blocked by cars that were not charging during my whole stay. Not a dealbreaker because of all the other advantages including gracious and helpful staff, but I mention as it would have been perfect to have access to the level 2 charger. Thank you for the very nice stay in your beautiful city! "

"Long walk from T4 to T5 to find the hotel minivan, after seing no signs to the shuttle buses at T4. Had to ask 4 taxi drivers where to go before I found one that knew. Didn't notice when I booked that there was no bathroom or any kind of water in the room. Nice short distance from airport. Helpful staff. Didn't receive the email with the room number and door code on the travel day as I was informed, but the front desk staff helped me to get in."
