"This is a true Swiss lodge at nearly the top of nowhere. The staff is friendly but it helps to have a little German or French. Be sure you specify exactly what you want in a room..like a shower AND toilet, or you may be sharing. You need to be fit enough to walk up to 4 flights with all your stuff. Our top floor room was lovely with 2 comfy twin beds, multiple windows and even a small sleeping loft (for kids?). Pump hand soap was available but if you want bath gel, shampoo, etc, you should bring...

Our room (family room) was in the "new" part of the hotel and was clean, comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. The balcony was a nice touch!
