"We were here for 1 night arriving during the air traffic control issue and this was a stop over for Eurostar. So limited exposure. The room we had was fine, it was clean but is well worn, you can see it in everything. Bed was comfy and for the few hours we were there it was fine, i wouldn't want to stay for any longer. The real downside is the local area it is horrific and i don't think that even does it justice. I'm not one to feel intimidated but this is bad gangs of men/youths hanging...

"The original room I had booked wasn't available, so I was given a replacement which turned out to be a fantastic apartment in a better place of the city. I'm very happy with the way this was dealt with and the quality of the replacement.
