"All staff we encountered at the front desk where very helpful. The replies to emails were answered immediately. Amenities were excellent, beyond expectation. We were driven to the airport using the personal car of the lady staff when the shuttle wasnt available. Beds were great and comfortable. The only things that could improve is to name a landmark (bootleggers cafe) to find the office easily. And also can there be a way to remove the musty smell of the room? Might be coming from the carpets."

"The moment we called for a shuttle ride, we were treated as royalty. The shuttle arrived when and where we were told, and the driver was very attentive and professional. We went straight to the check-in desk, and they had our rooms ready and waiting. Check-in was very smooth and without issues. We went to our room and found it larger than we anticipated, and it looked and smelled fresh. We were able to connect to the property's Wi-Fi with no issues. We had both dinner and breakfast on the property, and the staff was very nice and professional. The food was great. They were understaffed, or the staff was just slow, because it did take a while for them to greet and seat us. They were always friendly, always smiling, and were very professional, Overall, I would rate them a 5 out of 5 and would definitely return and recommend others to stay there."
