Lovely hotel. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Great location, just back from the Main Street in the middle of town. Nice pool and restaurant and the rooms are really spacious. The homemade welcome and farewell gifts are a nice touch too. Breakfast is really good and included in room rate. Would stay again if in Grindelwald.

Perfect hotel in a dream destination

Loved the stay here! Beautiful hotel and staff, location is perfect for walking Grindelwald and surrounding areas. Had a balcony, stunning to see those mountains all day! Included breakfast was a nice touch, especially as Grindelwald restaurants are fairly pricey (even for Switzerland). Would return again for sure, and recommend to friends.

Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel, good location and good breakfast. Staff very nice and friendly, specially Vera and Cristiano. We stayed in a corner room, with a large porch and great montain views. Nice spa, with montain views as well. The only thing we didn't like was the shower, with a handdouche and no curtins. The bathroom was all wet and the douche didn't stand still.

Excellent, Well Situated Hotel.

Excellent hotel. I cannot praise it enough. From the moment you walked through the door you were greeted by a smiling receptionist. Check-in was quick and easy. The Reception staff were very helpful about where to go and what to do. Directed to our room, we were in shock at how big it was. The food was exceptional served by informative waiters who served you out on the terrace during the evening. Would I stay again? Definitely.
