"The food was the best food I’ve ever eaten on a resort, it was well seasoned and delicious. However the facilities were a bit old and outdated. Necessary renovations would help make this a 5 star hotel. Additionally, all the bar areas by the pool were unkept. They consistently smelled like garbage and rotting fruit."

"Staff tried their best to be accommodating. The first night we had to request a room change because after a family member took a shower the bathroom was flooded. The last day before we checked out after being in the room for four days, there was someone’s underwear under the bed, it didn’t belong to anyone in my party. The breakfast was ok, a variety of fruit and an omelet station. We enjoyed the pizza, although one night there was a bug cooked into the pizza toppin The beach was clean, we enjoyed it. The water slide was very challenging for kids and adults. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub."

"Our family had the most amazing vacation! We traveled with our four teenagers and our 7-year-old, and every one of us had an unforgettable experience. Our villa was beautiful and the perfect place for our family to relax and spend time together. The resort offered so many wonderful amenities that there was truly something for everyone. One of the biggest surprises was the kids club. We hadn't planned on using it, but our 7-year-old absolutely loved it and couldn't wait to go back each day. The staff made her feel so comfortable, welcomed, and cared for, which gave us complete peace of mind. It quickly became one of the highlights of our trip. I have never stayed at a resort that was so impeccably maintained and spotless. Every area of the property from the grounds to the restaurants, pools, and our villa was exceptionally clean. The attention to detail was evident everywhere and truly set this resort apart. What made our stay even more special was the incredible staff. I honestly can't say enough about them. Every single person we encountered was genuinely warm, friendly, and eager to help. It seemed like each staff member was even kinder than the last, and the level of service was outstanding from beginning to end. This was one of the best family vacations we've ever taken, and we are already talking about coming back. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable. We can't wait to return!"
